Directions: Mind-Body Matters is located in a period building painted dark chocolate brown - it shares the building with St John of God Pathology.

Directions for if you are facing the city are as follows:
As you approach into the beginnings of Mt Lawley, keep looking to your right and you pass the Perth College Campus with its playing fields, Queen Street and then a bus stop (which is directly outside 693 Beaufort St). At the same time you will also see the Guardian McKenzie Pharmacy sign on the pavement on the right, and thats where you turn right onto a little driveway. Once on that driveway the Guardian Pharmacy will be on your left and GP on Beaufort will be on your right as you are driving down the driveway. Free parking is at the back of GP on Beaufort and 693 Beaufort Street.

Directions for if you have your back to the city are as follows:
Cross over the lights where Walcott St meets Beaufort, stay on Beaufort, drive past the Astor cinema, Red Rooster and Subway, all on your left, and then you will see the tall sign for Guardian Pharmacy on your left. Turn left here onto a little driveway. Once on that driveway the Guardian Pharmacy will be on your left and GP on Beaufort will be on your right as you are driving down the driveway. Free parking is at the back of GP on Beaufort and 693 Beaufort Street.

Waiting room and toilets:
Please wait in the general waiting room which is the first room on your right when you enter - it is unmanned so just take a seat, enjoy the magazines and TV, and of course toilets can be used on arrival (very last door on the left of the hallway)

Payment:
Payment can be made via cheque or cash on the day of your session, or by direct bank transfer no later than 2 days before your session date (details upon request). PLEASE NOTE THE CLINIC CANNOT ACCEPT EFTPOS OR VISA.

Cancellation: Once a booking is made it is considered a firm booking and subject to a 24hr cancellation and no-show policy. If cancellation happens within that 24hr period, full fee is payable by you, the client (at the clinic's discretion). If a no-show happens, full fee is also payable.
